Characteristics
● SRC has excellent characteristics of sulfate corrosion resistant. PMSR can effectively prevent pure sulfate corrosion when the concentration of sulfuric acid radical ion is not more than 2500mg/L. PHSR can effectively prevent pure sulfate corrosion when the concentration of sulfuric acid radical ion is not more than 8000mg/L.
● Similar setting time like Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC).
● Similar strength values at 28d like Ordinary Portland Cement.
● Linear Expansion Ratio(at 14d): for PHSR, 0.040%Max; for PMSR, 0.060%Max.
Application
● To make concrete of sulfate resistance, marine concrete, maritime works;
● To make cement boards, precast cement products, cement pipes, precast concrete pile, shop fabricated members;
● Sea water attack resistance projects, for example sea wall, dam, mariculture project, sea water desalination project, oceanarium, etc;
● Chemical resistant engineering concrete;
● To make sulfate resistant concrete engineering of harbor, water conservancy, underground, tunnel, drainage pipe, diversion works, road and bridge foundation, etc.
Usage
● When making concretes, to use SRC like Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC);
● It is necessary to first do the trial then to confirm the ratio of mixing materials;
● Generally, the storage life not more than 3 months. If more than 3 months, it should to test the factual grade of cement then to use the stored cement as per its factual grade of cement.
● Not allowed to be used in heat position or projects;
Storage, Transportation and Packing
● To be stored in dry cool storage and not mix foreign body
● Transportation: as per the common goods; classification for conveyance - not to be required; not to allow the packages to be fallen down or damaged
● Packing: 50kgs bag, and / or 1MT, 1.5MT or 2MT jumbo bag
