Application
● To make non-shape refractory materials such as refractory castable, refractory concrete
● To make expansion cement, self-stressing cement
● To make dry powder mortar materials, self-leveling mortar
● To make manmade marble and diverse artware products
● To make soil pipe and mill floor of food plant
● To be applicable to emergency repair works and anticorrosion engineering projects,
● To be applicable to construction engineering in winter
As admixture of chemical materials
Usage
● During construction, it is not allowed to mix together with binding materials such as Portland cement and lime, which can bleed calcium hydroxide.
● Before using CA50 HAC, must first clean mixing machines.
● Not allow to be used in construction of touching alkaline solution.
● When concretes or cement products of CA50 HAC start hardening, they should be cured in water at once.
● Generally, it is not applicable to casting mass concrete.
When to be used in steel concrete, the protective layer thickness of steel is not less than 60mm.
● Not allow to touch Portland concrete which dose not harden completely.
● When contact Portland concrete with demould strength, the contact face should not in damp for a long term.
● If to make concrete rapid hardening by steam-curing, the steam-curing temperature must not more than 50 degree centigrade.
● When making cement mortars (including self-leveling mortar), coating material and products, recommend to use together with type SAC-1 Rapid-setting Accelerator for getting fast hardening and demoulding of cement products, mortars and concretes.
Storage, Transportation and Packing
● Not allow to be affected with damp and mixed with foreign body in storage and transportation;

It should be stored in dry and ventilated environment, and separately from other cement;
● Transportation:
as per the common goods; classification for conveyance - not to be required; not to allow the packages to be fallen down or damaged
