Summary
● Water-reducing Reinforcing Additive, as additive of high-strength Gypsum Powder & Products, is a kind of High-effective water-reducing additive of high sulfonated Melamine Resin type. Because the molecular chain is higher sulfonated, so type WRA-I has better activity, is fitter for gypsum. Its adsorption and dispersity are good.

● Compared with traditional melamine type water-reducing agent, on the condition of the same quantity mixed, type WRA-I Water-reducing Reinforcing Additive can increase water-reducing ratio 15%-20%, and the dry strength and wet strength of gypsum both can be increased 30%-200%.
● After mixing type WRA-I Water-reducing Reinforcing Additive into the gypsum, compared with mixing traditional melamine type Water-reducing Additive, the viscosity of gypsum slurry is smaller, solid content is higher, and it is more better for construction, keeping-water and fluidity.
● At the same time, type WRA-I Water-reducing Reinforcing Additive has the common character as traditional melamine type Water-reducing Additive, for example non air-entrainment, good steam-cured adaptability, no slow-setting action for gypsum, no rusting and corroding for reinforcing steel bar, innocuity, no pollution.
● Type WRA-I Water-reducing Reinforcing Additive is suitable for making high-strength land plaster and building land plaster of bigger water-requirement in standard consistence, special for chemical land plaster and its goods.

Main Technical Performance
● To mixing Water-reducing Reinforcing Additive into gypsum slurry, on the condition of lower water gypsum ratio, can get the slurry with high fluidity. So the quantity of water requested can be reduce when molding. And when drying the gypsum goods, to greatly make the vaporized water quantity fall, to reduce energy resource cost.
● To mixing Water-reducing Reinforcing Additive into gypsum slurry, to get better fluidity and diffusibility. It profits to cast molding gypsum goods.
● To mixing Water-reducing Reinforcing Additive into gypsum slurry, the strength of gypsum will increase greatly, but the increase of density is small.
● It is allowed to use expanding agent (or air-entraining agent) and light sophisticating materials to make high-strength gypsum goods.
Dosage and Usage
● Quantity recommended: 0.2% to 0.6% of land plaster by weight.
● At the normal temperature, to put weighed Water-reducing Reinforcing Additive into weighted water solution, and to mix round to uniformity, then to put the mixed water solution into the preparative confected gypsum powder.
● For increasing the strength of gypsum when using Water-reducing Reinforcing Additive, at the same time of keeping intrinsic fluidity of gypsum slurry, it is necessary to reduce the used water quantity.
● The quantity of Water-reducing Reinforcing Additive must be exactly weighed.

Transport, Storage and Package
● Transport:
Classification for conveyance - not required. During the transportation of a large of amount of batteries by ship, trailer or railway, do not leave them in the places of high temperatures and do not allow to exposed to moisture. During the transportation do not allow the packages to be fallen down or damaged.
● Storage: To be stored in intact sacks in cool dry and ventilative storehouse, and to avoid high temperature and sunlight. If the sack open, it should be use soon to avoid to be damaged.
● Package: plastic woven bag with inner PP bag, 25kg/bag
● Shelf Life: 12 months
