水泥及混凝土用高效缓凝剂

概述

● 水泥及混凝土用高效缓凝剂，是一种用于水泥及其混凝土的、可适当延长水泥制品或混凝土凝结固化时间的专用外加剂；

● 高效缓凝剂，可有效提高混凝土流动性、延缓水泥及混凝土初、终凝时间，适用于大体积和在高温季节施工、或连续施工时间长不允许留施工缝的混凝土。7天和28天抗压强度不降低。

● 产品适用于硅酸盐类水泥、硫铝酸盐类水泥、铝酸盐类水泥等水泥品种。

特性

● 外观：灰褐色，固体粉末；

● 无毒、无辐射、不燃、不含氯盐；

● 对钢筋无锈蚀危害；

● 凝结时间：将本品掺入到硅酸盐水泥中，随着掺入量的增加，凝结时间随之缩短；

● 强度：掺PCS-4型速凝早强剂，可有效提高硅酸盐水泥早期强度，掺量越大，强度表现得越好，而且后期强度不降低；

● 可等量替代水泥。

● 细度(0.08mm方孔筛筛余)：≤15%

● PH值：10±1

● 干粉含水率：≤2%

应用及注意事项

● 掺量：胶凝材料重量的0.5-2.0%，或根据工程或生产需要作适当调整

● 适当延长混凝土拌和时间，最好将高效缓凝剂与水泥先干搅拌至均匀状态。

● 掺量过大会导致凝结时间过长，进而会使强度下降，并会增加混凝土的泌水率，在水泥用量低或水灰比大的混凝土中表现尤其明显，因此一定要注意控制掺量比例。

● 高效缓凝剂与其它外加剂复掺时，必须先做适应性试验进行验证。

包装、贮存、运输

● 包装：塑料覆膜防潮袋，20kg 或 25kg/袋

● 贮存：存放在干燥、通风的仓库，避免潮湿

● 运输：按照非危险物品办理运输，避免包装破损受潮

And after using type WCS Rapid-setting Accelerator, the late strength of white cement products will not fall and even can get improvements in a way. This item includes two acid-resistancing products, Acid Resistance Bricks and Acid Resistance Binder.
