Characteristics
● Appearance: grey or dust color powder
● Rapid-setting: effectively reducing setting time including initial setting and final setting; more added quantity of PCS Rapid-setting Accelerators will cause shorter setting time and faster hardening.
● High-strength and Early-strength: effectively increasing early strength of cement products, more added quantity of PCS Rapid-setting Accelerator will cause higher early strength.
● Fast-hardening Demoulding: to adjust mixed quantity of type PCS Rapid-setting Accelerators to suitable ratio and improving mixing water temperature like more than 40 degree C, it can get the better effect of fast demoulding within about 30 minutes to 1 hour, or more short time for cement paste.
● Type PCS Rapid-setting Accelerators don’t belong to flammable solids, corrosives, toxic substance, dangerous goods.
● Non-burned
● When type PCS Rapid-setting Accelerators are used in cement or concrete, it can take place of the same quantity of cement.
● Type PCS Rapid-setting Accelerators are environmental friendly to surroundings, free of poisonous heavy metal contents such as chromium(Cr), plumbum(Pb), hydrargyrum(Hg), and chlorine salt composition(Cl) etc.
Application
Type PCS Rapid-setting Accelerators are always used in making the following Portland cement or concrete products,
● Artwares, decorative articles
● Cement Products with European style, Landscape arts
● Wall Plate, Cement Bricks, Flowerpot
● Inner layers of Safe Deposit Box
● Foamed Concrete or Foamed Cement Boards
● Light weight cement boards
● Other cement products and concrete construction buildings
Usage
● Recommended Added Quantity: generally, 1.0 to 10.0% of cement weight; for light weight cement boards or foaming concrete plates, 5.0-15.0% of cement weight;
The factual final added quantity must be confirmed as per performance request of mortar or concrete, and different ratio and change of mixing materials, and different production and construction condition; the test result in labs will be as the final added data.
When batches of cement and type PCS Rapid-setting Accelerator are changed, for the new and exact added quantity, the trial in Labs must be done again.
● Recommended W/C Ratio: about 0.25 to 0.50
● Temperature of working rooms and mixing water: normal temperature; when the environment temperature is lower, it is best to improve the temperature of mixing water attaining 40 to 60 degree centigrade for getting faster hardening time, but not more than 60 degree C.
● Mixing Procession: first to mix type PCS in dry together with mixing materials including cement, sand and/or other mixer to even, then to add weighted mixing water and continue to mix to even, recommended mixing time in dry and wet not less than 3 minutes.
● After demoulding, the cement products should be cured in wet.
● Blocked or wetted cement can not be allowed to use again.
Transport, Storage and Package
● Transport:
Classification for conveyance - not required. During the transportation of a large of amount of batteries by ship, trailer or railway, do not leave them in the places of high temperatures and do not allow to exposed to moisture. During the transportation do not allow the packages to be fallen down or damaged.
● Storage:
To be stored with intact sack in dry. If the sack open, it should be use soon to avoid to be damaged.
● Package:
25kg bag, and /or big bag.
